Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and order-related concerns must be reported within 2 weeks from the date of delivery.

Wooden Puzzle is committed to replacing items in case of damage, missing pieces, or poor craftsmanship.

Please note that if an item is directly damaged, broken, or lost due to customer actions, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To request a replacement for damage, missing pieces, or poor craftsmanship, please contact our dedicated customer service team at support@wooden-puzzle.com.
  1. To be eligible for a refund (if you wish to return your order), the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
  2. We DO NOT accept refund returns for orders exceeding 2 weeks from the delivery date.

To process your refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us to obtain the return address. We will provide you with the delivery details for the nearest facility in your vicinity.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You can expect to receive your reimbursement within 2-7 working days.

EXCEPTIONS

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns if:

The items have already been opened and used.

The customer made an error when ordering the goods, including but not limited to selecting the wrong model, incorrect quantity, or a mistake in the nature of the goods.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item, and please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time required for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
