CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

We process orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we typically cannot make changes. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please promptly contact us at support@wooden-puzzle.com to inquire if any adjustments can be accommodated.

*Please note: A standard non-refundable $3 transaction fee applies.

If your order has already been fulfilled and is on its way to you, we are unable to process a refund as it is in transit.

Refunds for canceled orders will take approximately 2-7 working days, depending on your chosen payment method. Paypal refunds are processed instantly, while credit card/debit card refunds may take slightly longer.

REFUNDS

Customers may request a refund in the event of a default with the delivered item. In such cases, the customer will need to provide supporting pictures or videos to substantiate their claim.

Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:
  1. Customer-made errors when ordering, such as selecting the wrong model, incorrect quantity, or mistakes in product selection.
  2. Cancellation of an order after finalization and payment on the platform.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-7 business days.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES
While we take utmost care during transportation, accidents can occur. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us at support@wooden-puzzle.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include a photo displaying the damage and your order number in the email. In such cases, there is no need to return the damaged product.

REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, you may qualify for a partial refund or store credit. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service; without a tracking service, we cannot proceed with the refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping and billing information is clear and correct when placing an order. If a package fails to reach you due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible and will not provide a full refund of your order amount. You are responsible for supplying accurate shipping and billing information. In such cases, we can reship the item to you, but you must cover the shipping costs.
